How to get a job offer from a Canadian employer?

One of the easiest and safest ways to immigrate to Canada is securing a job offer from a Canadian employer.

It means that you will be able to live in Canada and start working from day one until the expiration of your contract, then depending on how long you worked in Canada and the job position you perform you may have the option of applying for the Canadian permanent residence.

First, you need to do some research to verify if you can work with your profession in Canada, meaning if, for example, you are an engineer, what are the job positions that you can apply for related to your previous education and work experience?

Find out if you will need an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) or if you can apply for a work permit to a job position that is LMIA exempt, here you have a list of LMIA exempt positions.

Remember, they have to apply first for an LMIA so that you can then obtain a work permit.

It’s important to understand that if your main goal is to, later on, apply for permanent residence you have to make sure that you have a VALID JOB OFFER, that must meet the following requirements:
-Full-time and must be a contract of more than 12 months.

-In a skilled job listed as Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B in the 2016 National Occupational Classification.

-Not certified by ICCRC, or are not validated by an immigration firm that is registered on ICCRC.

-Search for reviews.

-Charging for a job offer. Companies are not allowed to charge a fee for giving you a job offer, this is illegal by Canadians jurisdictions. In some cases these fraudulent companies will guarantee a job offer without even interviewing you first. 

Companies are allowed to charge a fee for the immigration process but just when they are certified immigration companies, they are the only ones authorized to charge for immigration services.
