You can verify our lead consultant, Roberto Castillo (College ID – R408527), through the CICC Public Register to confirm that you are working with a licensed professional.
Our process includes:
Initial Consultation – We assess your eligibility and discuss your best immigration options.
Documentation & Strategy – We gather, review, and organize all necessary documents.
Submission & Follow-Up – We submit your application and keep track of its progress.
Approval & Next Steps – Upon approval, we guide you through final immigration procedures.
Eligibility depends on your education, work experience, language skills, and family ties in Canada. We assess your profile and recommend the best pathway, whether it’s Express Entry, PNP, work permits, or family sponsorship.
PNPs allow provinces to nominate candidates based on labour market needs, while Express Entry ranks candidates using a points system. PNPs can offer faster approval for candidates with lower CRS scores.
It depends on your CRS score. High-ranking candidates can receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next draw, while others may wait longer or require a PNP nomination.
If you applied before your status expired, you may have maintained status, meaning you can remain in Canada under the same conditions until a decision is made.
If your status is still valid, apply for an extension.
If your status expired within the last 90 days, apply for restoration of status.
Processing times vary by program:
Express Entry PR: 6–8 months
PNP PR: 12–18 months
Work Permits: 6–14 weeks
Study Permits: 8–20 weeks
Spousal Sponsorship: 12–24 months. You can check current processing times per program on the corresponding service page of our website.
