Before proceeding with your consultation, please carefully read the terms of our Initial Consultation Agreement. By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Purpose of the Consultation
Castle & Co. provides professional immigration consulting services. Our initial consultation is designed to offer expert advice on immigration matters and determine the best course of action for your case. However, engaging in this consultation does not establish a formal client-consultant relationship beyond the scope of this initial meeting.
Consultation Fee
A one-time non-refundable fee applies to all consultations. The total fee will be communicated before the consultation and must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session.
This fee covers:
A one-time communication via email or another agreed-upon method.
Collection and review of the information and questions provided by the client.
Should you decide to retain our services beyond this consultation, a separate retainer agreement must be signed. This consultation does not obligate you to proceed with further services.
